Well, my internet was down for about an hour today. So I decided to watch an Outlaw Star episode. As i was watching, i saw an image of him looking up at the stars and thought that'd make a good background image. So, I took the screenshot, redrew the face and took the colour out. The original colours were grainy and dull, that's why i decided to just redo it. I gave it a bit of lighting and i reddened and highlighted his hair to give the face more emphasis. Then I just toyed around with other things. I thought it looked just dumb by itself and added the middle bar to give a bit more business. Yet I still wanted to keep it minimalistic. Then added the side lines and finally the text to give a bit more business.
Anyways, it only took 15 minutes. So I know it sucks.
Naruto is awesome. I just heard about naruto about 3 days ago from a friend on irc. So i decided to get a few episodes. That is awesome anime! I'm going to have to get the rest of the series. And thanks for the good words. ^_^

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
